W has been a very lucky little lad this last month. He was recently sent a lovely selection of Fisher Price toys from their ‘Bubble Guppies‘ range.
The Bubble Guppies were not something I had been aware of but have since learnt that they have a children’s TV show on Nick Junior. Being Fisher price though I was pretty sure that they would be of good quality and that we would be happy to try them out.
I was not wrong.
We were very excited when the following selection arrived:
The Bubble Guppies ‘Fintastic Guitar’ was a huge hit and without doubt his favourite toy. It plays a range of tunes when you pluck the ‘strings’ and there are a number of buttons which add some extra electric-guitar sounds. It can be very hard to get him to part with it and some nights he has even asked to take it to bed!
The Bubble Guppies ‘Rockin’ Microfin’ was also a huge hit and again plays a range of tunes which he loves. You can see him singing his head off with it here:
Both of these toys appear very well made, sturdy and capable of withstanding the relentless toddler-bashing that they are put through. They also wipe clean.
The two cuddly toys are also very sweet but I am sad to say have been a little bit overlooked in favour of the ‘noisy’ toys. They have still received the odd cuddle though and, with hindsight, I should perhaps have given him these first.
On the whole though they have been a huge hit with W and I think they would make lovely gifts for any noise-loving toddlers and pre-schoolers. They are also of the high quality you would expect from a Fisher Price range.
Disclosure: No payment was received for this post however we were sent the products featured for the purpose of this review. However all words are my own and are 100% honest.
