Well, this weeks promise was decided in the supermarket queue yesterday. W freaked the hell out of the poor young man stood behind me with his, possibly new, girlfriend by pointing wildly yelling “Dada Dada” and then blew him an enormous raspberry. The shame. I’m not sure who was more embarrassed.
“This week baby I promise, now that you are starting to communicate more, to stop teaching you funny noises and try and master the odd actual word.”
So, what are you guys aiming for this week? Please linky up and let me know and do show the others some love too.

Oh God, he looked like he wanted the ground to swallow him up. Poor chap. Girlfriend didn’t look AT ALL amused either.

Awww, Ethan has always been one for weird noises. But he knows a heck of a lot of words now as well so I wouldn’t worry in the slightest. Ethan likes to say “waa waa waa waaaaaaaaaaaaah!” when something goes wrong now.
Have joined in with your meme today 🙂

The noises do seem to be getting weirder, mostly my fault! Thanks for joining in, will pop over now.

Don’t do it! It’s a slippery slope. Soon they will be expressing their feelings and wants all over the place. I was so desperate for E to start and now I often wish we hadn’t taught him to speak at all.
