Kate on Thin Ice needs help lovely bloggers. Our help. She is appealing for 90 fellow bloggers to join in her blog-hop by writing just 90 words about an important woman in their life, in support of Breakthrough Breast Cancer. It can be any woman who is important to you. Mother, daughter, friend, sister, wife, neighbour, pop-star. You choose.
So, my 90 words about my lovely Mum:
Ridiculous story. I wanted my ears pierced aged 12. Mum said no. I begged her. Eventually she relented. I wore earrings for one month then realised I hated them and never wore any ever again. She was right. She generally always is. She knows me better, and probably loves me more, than anyone else on this earth. She is the one person I can phone even when I have absolutely nothing to say. She is always there. She is also hopelessly in love with my son which makes me love her even more. I aspire to be as good a Mum as she is.
Oops, I went a little over the word limit but hey-ho. If you wish to help out and join in with the lovely Kate then linky on up with around 90 words about an important woman in your life by clicking HERE.
Should you wish to please include the following in your post.
“Pink Ribbon Bingo have pledged to support Breakthrough Breast Cancer all year round with 15% of the gross revenue accrued through online play on the site being donated to the charity. Visitors also have the opportunity to donate a percentage of their winnings directly to the charity. Along with the fundraising element, Pink Ribbon Bingo and The Daily Mail online will be helping the charity to raise awareness by promoting their vital health messages such as TLC (Touch, Look, Check).“
