Seriously, is there anything better than a cup of tea or glass of milk and a cookie when you get home from school/work/shopping/the gym?

I was recently asked to try out a rather scrummy selection of cookies from the Byron Bay Cookie Company and, being pregnant and thankfully therefore not dieting, and craving milk like there is no tomorrow, how could I refuse them? That would just be mean. *Rubs hands with glee*.
I nearly snatched the postman’s hands off when my selection box arrived, and was delighted to discover the following range:

The whole range has been approved by The Vegetarian Society and the gluten-free range is also registered with Coeliac UK. Having suffered briefly with IBS in the past I would have been thrilled had I known about these! You can find more information on their website, www.byronbaycookies.co.uk.
They really are delicious and, *whispers* they are big enough to share but only if you really, really, REALLY want to.
