Painting with your toddler can be such a lot of fun and W and I have enjoyed experimenting using lots of bits and pieces from around the house to paint with.
So far we have tried painting with potatoes, toilet rolls and even pom poms.
It had been a while since we had done any painting so this week we had fun painting with cotton wool balls.
We found that we could make lots of nice splodgy shapes and prints.

The simplest ideas are always the best! We don’t paint nearly enough here…

W was really wary of paints in the beginning but is finally starting to enjoy himself. I am beginning to run out of ideas now though!

I find with two children to look after now I often have to get all the stuff out the night before. It can take some planning!
