We were recently sent the FlatBox LunchBox to try out from The Nicest Stuff.
Now, as my regular readers will know, I can be
massively a little OCD sometimes about cleanliness, especially when it comes to food hygiene. My poor son now has a fear of finger-painting purely due to my obsessive hand-wiping in the weaning days.
So, when this arrived I was more than a little delighted.
This is no ordinary lunchbox.
Is there anything worse than taking out your lovingly prepared lunch, only to have to try and avoid any of it touching the dirty, sticky canteen or picnic table? Well, perhaps, but this certainly saves me having to delve into my bag for the Milton wipes and sterilising the area before lunch can begin.
Not only does the FlatBox-LunchBox convert easily to a safe, clean surface for your lunch it is also machine-washable, an extra hygiene-feature meaning that you don’t need to deal with the mess that lunch boxes often tend to get into. You can pop it in the wash with like-colours and it will dry faster than your clothes. It is made from durable neoprene so is also heat resistant and extremely flexible allowing great storage capacity for the hungrier munchers.
For those with multiple schoolchildren at home it also stores flat saving on much needed cupboard space.
Most importantly, The Boy loved it, and he looks so cute carrying it about with his drink and banana when we head to the park.
Such a simple but effective idea and available in a whole array of colour combinations.
Now, the really good news. The Nicest Stuff are giving away one FlatBox Lunchbox to a lucky Mum of One reader, in the colour of their choice. To be in with a chance of winning simply visit The Nicest Stuff here and tell me your favourite colour Flatbox in the comments below AND enter via the rafflecopter.
