This month we were totally thrilled with the latest Center Parcs challenge, making our own ice lollies.
Little Miss is now at the age where we need to be reducing her milk feeds and supplementing with snacks, whilst keeping up a good calcium intake. This seemed like a perfect opportunity to get a little bit creative.
These creamy strawberry ice lollies are so simple to make and use just three ingredients. We got our inspiration from Center Parcs own Deb Rogerson whose tip was…
“Want to experiment with different flavours? Mix Greek yoghurt with a squeeze of honey, then just add your own additional flavouring. How about adding some crushed blackberries or blending banana in with the yoghurt? Transfer your mix to ice lolly moulds and set in the freezer.”
Here is all that you will need:
- Fresh strawberries
- Natural yoghurt
- Honey
And all you need to do is:
- Chop up your strawberries or blitz for a few seconds in a blender.
- Mix your strawberries with some yoghurt.
- Add a few large teaspoons of honey and mix.
- Add to ice lolly moulds and freeze.
And finally….enjoy!
I’m a Center Parcs Family Blogger and have visited Longleat village with my family. If you want to enter to win a place as a wildcard winner just go to the challenge page to find out how.

The look lovely, and not unhealthy either, which makes a chance for lollies! Thanks so much for linking up to the Parenting Pin in Party this week, really appreciated.
