We were lucky enough this month to have a short break in Tuscany visiting Mr B’s brother, Uncle Ben. On his last trip to the UK we made the discovery that our existing pram was unfortunately too big for the boot of his Fiesta. He had very kindly offered to pick us up from Pisa airport which had left us with a bit of a dilemma. Leave the pram behind and carry Little Miss everywhere, my arms ached just at the thought, or pay for a larger hire car.
Luckily, in the nick of time, we were chosen to be a Cosatto Brand Buddy, yay, and were sent the Cosatto Supa pushchair to review. Being a lot more compact we no longer had any such issues and were able to give it a proper trial in Italia.
The first thing I fell in love with was the design. We had chosen Foxtrot and, like almost all Cosatto products, it is bright and colourful and super cute. And when out and about in Italy style is clearly all important!
The second major benefit is the compact storage. It folds up super-slim so really easy to store, and to fit in the car boot.
Moving away from our larger, and more expensive, travel system I had two main concerns. Firstly that we would not be able to lie Little Miss flat thus nap times could be difficult when out and about. I was delighted to discover that this was not the case and the Cosatto Supa has three seat positions, upright, semi-reclined and fully reclined. She slept happily in this at midday whilst we were out and about so we were able to make the most of our time there. The hood also allowed for ample shade in the lovely Italian sunshine.
Secondly I was worried that the under seat storage may not be sufficient for our needs. Again I was happily surprised. We were easily able to store coats, bags, and a good few bottles of Italian Vino in the basket with ease, alongside the largest Wild Boar Salami I have ever seen!
The swivel action of the front wheels make it both nippy and easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces and we found it especially useful in doubling up as a highchair when parked up at the table. Even better, it is wipe clean. Perfect for removing pizza and pasta stains.
It was the perfect pushchair for our holiday and much less hassle than our larger, more complicated travel system. I also find it much more convenient for the daily nursery run as it involves no assembly, I can simply fold and unfold at will.
All in all we are delighted with its performance and would recommend it highly. The only time we revert to our old pram is when we need to use a buggy board for the boy as this is not currently available.

Disclosure: We were sent the Coastto Supa free of charge for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own and, as always, 100% honest.
