With many parents facing the prospect of a new school term there can be a million and one jobs to tick off. I know one of my own parent’s least favourite of which was the dreaded sewing on of name tags to that year’s uniform.
Thankfully, this no longer needs to be the odious task it once was and we have been delighted to review a school starter label pack from Stuck on You. The pack contains 54 iron on clothing labels (6 large – 60x12mm, 15 small – 48x10mm, 21 mini – 46x6mm, 12 dots – 24mm), 52 name labels (30 small – 48x10mm, 22 mini – 46x6mm), 8 shoe dots (24mm diameter) and 1 Cool Kids Bag Tag (58mm diameter.)
They are available in a great range of cute designs and fonts. We chose robots for The Boy in the colour ‘little boy blue’ and a freestyle font. For Little Miss we chose the animal range in colour ‘gelato’ with a crayon font. They are so cute and were incredibly easy, and quick, to iron and stick on and…even better…not a needle and thread in sight!
Each pack retails at £22.99 and can be found at the Stuck On You website where you will also find a wide range of personalised labels, lunch boxes, stationary and gifts for kids.
Disclosure: We were sent the labels featured free of charge for the purpose of this review.

Not that I have need of these any more, unless I embarrass my son and label his clothes for university, but they look great. Never seen shoe stickers before – super idea.

We’ve used them several times. And even though their bags are expensive, the smaller ones – the book bag, and the PE bag are great. We trashed the school rucksacks quickly, but that’s to be expected with my boys. I truly see their PE bags lasting them through primary school. They do the job perfectly!
We recycle our clothes to friends with smaller children and one complained to me that she couldn’t get the iron on tags off the t shirts – that’s after both our boys have been through them, and washed and tumble dried. Seriously, they stick.
It’s an emotional time starting school and all these changes, so anything that makes us all feel more confident about it can only be a good thing I think….

They look fab, I really like the bag tags and shoe stickers. I’m a big fan of stick-on and iron-on labels. I’ve never done sewing (I can’t sew anyway!). I’m a bit like Trish – my kids are younger than her son, but would still kill me if I gave them this sort of stuff! Will bear in mind for my niece in a few years 🙂

I have always used iron on labels myself but not as cute as these.I tend to just have their last name printed so I can pass them down to the next sibling.

These are adorable and so handy. Imagine you’d have to label everything by hand – gah…
