I began blogging shortly after the birth of my son W. Now, almost 18 months down the road, it is something that I have come to treasure. Not only have I re-discovered the joy of writing, when I am able, but I have formed many new friendships both online, and in person, with many others in the blogging community. Rally Defn: To call together for a common purpose. There has been some proper rallying amongst the blogging community this week. Something which has astounded me somewhat. South West Blogger Social: #PPMeetUp
Last night a rather fabulous group of South West Bloggers descended on Bristol. And what a night it was. We braved the rain and the wind to meet at the lovely Pitcher and Piano on Bristol's picturesque Harbourside for a bite to eat and a lot to drink. First to arrive were myself and the wonderful Cat from Yellow Days. We were extremely early but they were fantastically organised and our table upstairs was ready and waiting for us. It has been a particularly sad week for my family this week and we have all been feeling a bit down. Today I remembered that we had agreed to host a curry night for friends on Thursday.
