One of the resolutions at Casa B this year was to try and be a bit more money conscious, and live a little more frugally. One thing that we have found hugely helpful in achieving this is meal-planning. Every Sunday Mr B and I will have a look at what is left in the fridge, or the freezer, and then plan our meals for the week.
