Oh dear my photography skills are not great with this one.
It was, clearly a bit obscurely, Halen Mon Salt…which I am reliably informed by the Welsh folks who gave it to me, is the most expensive salt in the world. Kinda tastes like salt. Who knew?
Will be easy again next week, promise.
