Well come right on in, grab a glass and kick off your shoes. Welcome to Mum of One’s Wine Corner.
I do love a nice glass of wine, though Mr B is the resident expert at Casa B. So, I have decided that I want to learn a bit more about it too.
This is my main aim for the Wine Corner, and as I learn a few facts I will share them with you, my lovely readers. I am hoping to get a feel for pairing different wines with different foods so there will also be the odd recipe along the way. Sound good?
Now, don’t get too excited. We are not about to start un-corking a Chateau Margeaux and the Chateau Lafite Rothschild Pauillac will be staying firmly in the cellar. (I just had to google “Posh Wine” to get those names. Ah, we have a long way to go I fear.) Nope, I will be looking for affordable and easy to find bottles that won’t require selling the car/house/baby.
You will find each post, as they occur, listed below.
If you wish to join in and want to link up with a recommendation of your own let me know below and will get you linked right on up.
So, Bottoms up, pip pip and chin chin.
