I have been tagged in this meme, created by the Real Housewife of Suffolk County, by the beautiful Cat from Yellow Days, so am now honour-bound to spill my guts to you all in an alphabetical fashion. Hold on to your hats peeps…

ANORAK…Do you have a sad side?

Oh God yes! I am a nerd. I like science, and pencils, and rulers, and lists and have just a teeny bit of an OCD problem.

BODY…What physical attribute would you most like to change?

I would like to change my stomach. I want the one I had when I was 19 back. Now. Please. My pre-baby boobs weren’t too bad either so would happily switch back to those if the body-changing fairy, or Santa, is reading this.

CELEBRITY…Which one would you most like to date and why?

Ben Fogle. I told you I am a nerd. He seems like a thoroughly lovely man and has very nice manners….and is quite fit.

DEBUT …Tell us about your first ever blog post. What made you start blogging? The lady who tagged me in this is responsible! Enjoyed reading Yellow Days so much and she encouraged me to have a go. First post was a bit random and about some cups I had just bought for W. You can check it out…..HERE.

ERROR …What’s been your biggest regret? Not taking time out to go traveling after finishing my degree.

FUNNY – who’s making you laugh?

My son and my husband in equal measures. They are both hilarious. In fact just one of us has to start giggling and then all three of us are in fits.

GRAND…If we gave you one right now what would you spend it on? A trip to Dubrovnik and tick off number 25 on my Day Zero Project list.

HOLIDAY… What’s your favourite destination? A little town called Roslyn in Washington State, North of Seattle. It is where Northern Exposure was filmed.

IRRITATE… What’s your most annoying habit? Repeating myself. I do this a lot.

JOKER…Whats your favourite joke {the one that makes you laugh everytime you hear it}? The one about the magic tractor. He turned into a field.

KENNEL… Do you have any pets? No, but I grew up with a beautiful dog called Zimmie. She knew all my secrets and helped me through the odd broken heart.

LOVE…Are you single, married, engaged, living with a long term partner? I am married to the lovely Mr B. I love him. A lot.

MEAL… Whats your ultimate starter, main and dessert? Starter would have to be some kind of garlicy-prawn thing. Main would be sea-bass, baked in rock salt and then filleted, with greens. Dessert… actually would like a selection of non-mouldy cheese and a nice red wine.

NOW…If you could be anywhere right now where would you be and who with? I would be at the Edge-water Hotel in Seattle, on my balcony, with Mr B.

OFF DUTY…What do you do in your spare time? I no longer have any spare time. If I had any I would probably sleep.

PROUD MOMENTS …What are you most proud of? I am most proud of my son. Literally everything he does I am proud of. His laugh changed today. I’m proud of that right now.

QUEASY …What turns your stomach? The thought of looking at my c-section scar.

RELAX…How do you relax? With wine.

SONG…Whats your favourite song of all time? Thunder Road, sung by my hero, Bruce Springsteen.

TIME …If you could go back in time and relive it again, when would you choose? One of my happiest memories was a day I spent with a very good friend, Graeme, and his lovely friend JP. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny day in London watching Bruce play live, then went back to G’s flat in Oxford, drank whiskey, listened to some Bob Dylan and watched some of the first series of the West Wing. It was just a really really really nice day.

UNKNOWN…Tell us something about yourself that no one else knows? I think my left big toe is longer than my right one.

VOCAL…. Who is your favourite artist? Up until a few weeks ago I would have said Bruce, but actually now it is Justin Townes Earle.

WORK….. What is your dream job, and are you doing it now? International jewel thief, and no.

XRAY…Any broken bones? None yet!

YIKES…What’s been your most embarrassing moment? Not recognising a famous International Rugby player patient and asking him if he played any sport.

ZOO…. If you were an animal, which one would you be? Anything that hibernates. Sleeping for at least half a year sounds good to me.
