We have not been the healthiest bunch here at Casa B of late. Along with a nasty bout of Norovirus it seems that at any point this year at least one of us has had a cold. Last month it was me and Mr B is currently suffering from an extremely sore throat.
I was, however, lucky enough to be sent a seasonal care package last month from Bray Leino consisting of:
- Olbas bubble bath (250ml) – this is perfect for relaxing aching muscles and unblocking stuffy noses with a lovely scent of eucalyptus, juniper and clove.
- Jakemans mini menthol cough sweets in two flavours, original aniseed and honey & lemon. Also very handy for unblocking stuffed-up noses.
- Olbas menthol lozenges, also honey & lemon with added Vitamin C.
