Win An Awesome Dino Adventure Toy Set From WOW Toys

March 30, 2014 By jbmumofone 197 Comments

When WOW recently asked me if  The Boy and I wished to review one of their toys I must confess that I had not heard of them before.  After just two minutes browsing their website though I could not accept fast enough.

The designs on show were super cute and their major focus is that none of their toys require any batteries.  Yep, NO BATTERIES.  If you have kids of your own I am sure you will understand the huge wave of relief those two simple words can create.

Loving all-things-dinosaur at Casa B we could not resist the Dino-Adventure set and eagerly awaited it’s arrival.  However, upon it’s arrival I did wish that The Boy was perhaps not quite so excited.  Each piece was so firmly secured with fiddly plastic cables requiring use of some very sharp scissors, and the odd muttered curse, that it would have been much easier had he not been over my shoulder and under my feet at the same time literally bursting with excitement.  I would strongly advise removing all packaging prior to wrapping this as a gift for children as the wait was almost unbearable for him.

WOW toys: Dino adventure

That is where all the negativity ends though.  Once released from their packaging these toys are, quite simply, awesome.

They are bright, colourful, robust, interesting, imaginative and there are no small parts to worry about.

WOW Dino Adventure Jeep

WOW Dino Adventure Jeep and Buggy

WOW dinosaur figures

Jimmy the Jeep is a motorised toy with a detachable magnetic trailer.  This carries one of the two cavemen figures as a driver and the dinosaur egg which, when cracked open, may reveal one of three colourful dinosaur figures.  The dinosaur buggy has a fun, sideways, rocking action and can carry one of the other dinosaur figures in the back.  We have had such fun playing with them and even Little Miss seems ridiculously fond of the purple dino.

I am so delighted to have come across this range and would highly recommend them for pre-schoolers.  They ooze quality, fun and, again, NO BATTERIES REQUIRED.  I will certainly be  looking to expand our own range and investing in some for my niece and nephews.

If you wish to see for yourself though WOW are kindly giving away the Dino Adventure set featured to one of you lucky readers.  To be in with a chance of winning simply tell me your favourite type of dinosaur in the comments below AND enter via the rafflecopter below.  Further bonus entries can be gained in the usual ways via the rafflecopter also.

Good luck!

Welcome!

Jbmumofone is written by me, jbmumofone, and this blog is my baby. Although clearly I didn’t think this name through because I’m now a mum of two actual babies.

I blog because I love to write, and for sanity’s sake, and have been blogging since August 2011. So why not dig on in and explore?
