Review: A Super Scamp Suit From Muddy Puddles

October 15, 2014 By jbmumofone 9 Comments

It is a somewhat hectic time at Casa B right now.  We are hoping to move house at the end of next week and shortly after will be heading over to visit my sister and her family in Canada.  Whilst all being very exciting I have not had a huge amount of time to prepare and the kids need kitting out in preparation for the cold weather we are likely to encounter.

When Muddy Puddles offered to send Little Miss a scamp suit to try I could not have been more delighted.  It is EXACTLY what she needs for this trip, and this winter in general.

The Scamp Suit is fully waterproof, fully breathable and inside has a detachable fleecy suit that can be removed easily via a few poppers on milder days.  It has elasticated cuffs and elasticated foot-straps to help keep feet dry when puddle-jumping, and who doesn’t love puddle jumping!

It is, thankfully, also machine washable at 30º so there will be no huge dry-cleaning bills either.

My favourite bit?  It has to be the pointy hood.  She looks like a proper little pixie.

The scamp suit is available for babies aged 0-12 months with fold over hand and foot-warmers  to keep tiny digits warm and dry.  It is also available for ages 1-3 years without.  Even better, there is currently 20% off.

So if you have a little puddle-jumper at home that you want to keep dry this winter now is a good time to pop on over to Muddy Puddles and check out their range.

Disclosure: We were sent the Scamp Suit featured free of charge for the purpose of this review.  All opinions are my own and 100% honest.

It does seem super cosy but luckily also fairly breathable so she doesn’t get all sweaty!

Scamp Suit! What an adorable name. Looks super cosy and I love the raindrop design on it.

Do they make them in adult sizes? I need something like that this week!

I am shattered just thinking about it tbh. The boy often becomes a little demonic on planes.

Hope it all goes well with the move and trip. The coat looks fabulous, she’s so cute (and how so big already). Looks very good quality and nice and warm.

I blog because I love to write, and for sanity’s sake, and have been blogging since August 2011. So why not dig on in and explore?
